All deposits made towards your limousine reservation(s) are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you will be able to use your deposit towards any future booking within one year of the original booking date. For airport and point-to-point transfers, all “no shows” are non-refundable
If you contact us to cancel more than 7 days in advance, you will be refunded any amount paid minus a cancellation fee of $10. If you contact us to cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will be refunded any amount paid minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the greater of $25 or 20% of the quoted rate of the reservation. If you contact us to cancel less than 72 hours in advance, we reserve the right to give you NO REFUND. However, please contact us as we might be willing to give a partial refund in certain situations.
Subcontractor Use Policy
To provide the best Limousine Services to our customers, we also use the services of other reliable Limousine Companies under our quality control & supervision. These advised subcontracted vehicles may be required to provide the additional service at addition charges. Where a particular Vehicle is requested, Ecolimo will do its utmost to provide this the exception will be due to unforeseen circumstances; breakdown or such where it is beyond Ecolimo’s capacity to provide this service. If we are unable to supply you will receive a full refund
Alternative Vehicle Policy
All efforts shall be made by the company to provide the vehicles reserved by the hirer. If not possible, the company shall try to make alternative arrangements or refund the money at their discretion.
Limits of Liabilities
In all cases, the company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the refund of fare paid by the hirer. No claims for Liquidated Damages, Consequential Losses or for any other nature shall be admissible.
