There was a problem with a Prius taxi (Melbourne’s first) it has 600K on the clock so you can see it has been a hard working car. We went to our usual repairer and then it was towed to a Toyota specialist in the city. ” we will look at it in Wednesday’ was the response.

 This was not good but as I guess there were a lot of cars in for service prior to school holidays understandable. 

still no call by Friday!!!  (Apparently the Staff member that I spoke to on Monday has left the company (problably why he could not call or return my call on Wednesday!!!)
